BLO visits to give the prefilled Enumeration Form
The BLO brings the pre-printed Enumeration Form to the voter’s registered address as per the present voter record / EPIC address. This app helps your family keep sample filled forms ready at home before the BLO visit.
- Do not travel far only for this unless it is really required.
- Keep sample filled Enumeration Forms ready at home for all family members.
- If the BLO visits when you are not there, any adult family member can submit/sign the Enumeration Form as allowed in Annexure III.
- Keep the BLO-signed second copy or acknowledgment safely after submission.

Name in draft list comes or does not come
After the BLO/ERO processing stage, check whether the name appears correctly in the draft electoral roll.
If name appears correctly
Keep the acknowledgment and still check the final list when published. If name is missing
Use the official claims/objections process immediately. Contact BLO/ERO and submit required proof copies as instructed. If details are wrong
File correction through official process, generally Form 8 where applicable. Avoid ignoring spelling and initials mismatch.- If recently deleted, ask officials about the appeal route with the District Election Officer.
- If deletion is older or name is absent, ask whether Form 6 fresh registration is needed.
- If details are wrong or mismatched, ask whether Form 8 correction is needed.
- Keep self-attested copies and clear scans/photos of documents ready if official notice asks.
Name in final list comes or does not come
The final list is the last confirmation. Check it carefully even if the draft list looked correct.
