I do not know my BLO. What should I do?

• Search your voter details online using EPIC number or mobile number.
• Ask at your polling station, nearby school/government centre, ward office, or local election office.
• Keep your EPIC number, address and polling station details ready when asking.

BLO did not give me the prefilled form. What should I do?

• First check your name in the current voter list and note EPIC, part and serial number.
• Contact BLO/ERO and say: My prefilled Enumeration Form was not received.
• Visit the local designated centre if announced.
• If online Enumeration Form is available for your case, open the BLO submission lesson and follow the Voters Service Portal route.
• Keep English and Kannada sample forms ready so the official form can be filled quickly in the language you can write clearly.

BLO is not uploading my submitted form. What should I do?

• Keep proof that you submitted the form: signed copy, acknowledgment, photo, date and place.
• Ask the BLO politely for upload status and expected date.
• If there is no response, go to ERO/AERO or the local election help centre with EPIC, address and proof.
• Use grievance/status option online where available and save the reference number.

I received a notice. What should I do?

• Read the exact reason written in the notice.
• Check whether the notice asks for date of birth/place proof, parent proof, spelling correction, previous SIR linkage, address issue or family relationship proof.
• Give only the documents asked in the notice or official instruction.
• Submit through BLO/ERO/designated centre or official online route as instructed.
• Take receipt/reference and keep photo/scan of submitted documents.

My name is not in draft list. What should I do?

• Do not wait for the final list. Act during the claims and objections period.
• If your Enumeration Form was not submitted before the cut-off date, submit Form 6 with the required Declaration Form during claims and objections, if applicable to your state schedule.
• If you are already eligible but missing, ask BLO/ERO which claim/inclusion route applies and carry proof of submission, EPIC, address and date of birth documents.
• If details are wrong but name is present, use Form 8 for correction/shifting/replacement where applicable.
• Take receipt/reference number and check status again before the final list.

My name is not in final list. What should I do?

• Go to BLO/ERO immediately with all proof: Enumeration Form acknowledgment, notice reply receipt, EPIC, address and date of birth documents.
• Ask for the exact reason your name is missing and get the correct official route in writing/reference if possible.
• If fresh inclusion is needed and the voter registration window is open, use Form 6 through Voters Service Portal/BLO/ERO.
• If the issue is correction, shifting of residence, EPIC replacement or PwD marking, use Form 8 where applicable.
• If you believe deletion/rejection is wrong, submit grievance/representation to ERO and keep reference number, date and copies.
